- Counselling Services: These services will serve any resident of Surrey who is concerned about their substance use or someone else's use. We provide free counselling, referrals, education and groups. Clients self refer by simply dropping-in Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm. They will be seen by an intake counsellor to figure out the best place to start with services. The counsellors can refer to all residential and day treatment services. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Quibble Creek Opiate Agonist Treatment Clinic: This clinic serves Surrey residents and supports clients concerned about their opioid use. Any client that is interested just needs to call 604-580-4950 or can drop-in and meet with our nurse for an assessment. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Roshni Clinic: This clinic is a service at our site which focuses on the South Asian population in the Surrey area. They provide medical management of substance use, counselling, groups and referral services. To access Roshni Clinic services, call 604-580-4950. A referral can also be completed and faxed to 604.580.4966. Roshni Clinic has different hours compared to our Counselling Services and Quibble Creek Opiate Agonist Treatment Clinic. Roshni operates Sunday - 10am to 2pm, and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 4:30pm to 8:30pm.
Referral Instructions: A referral is required in order to access the program. To access services, Please complete the form below and fax it (See fax number below). Telehealth services are available with an initial consultation with the patient conducted over the phone and/or video. Clients call 604-580-4950 to speak to the intake counsellor who will book.
